Items purchased domestically (in the continental U.S.) will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends).
Custom and cut&sew items will arrive in 14-21 days). Please allow 7 to 21 business days from the date that receipt of your order is confirmed for your items to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 21 business days, please email shopkarteblanche@gmail.com. You will receive email notifications when your order is received, awaiting shipment and shipped.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Items that are pre-ordered before official release date will be shipped off on the official release date.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Karte Blanche Boutique offers a 15 to 30-day window in which customers can return a product and ask for a refund. We want to ensure that you actually have a reasonable time frame for approved returns.
